Service Agreement — RLB Web Services

By checking the boxes below you agree to the following terms between you (the Client) and RLB Web Services (the Provider):

Scope: Provider will design and deliver a website according to the package selected above. Work begins upon receipt of the deposit payment.

Payment: A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the site, before it goes live.

Hosting: Monthly hosting begins upon deposit payment. Hosting keeps your site live, fast, and maintained. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional changes are available à la carte and will be quoted before any work is done.

Ownership: Client owns their domain name. Provider retains the right to display the completed site in its portfolio.

Timeline: Typical turnaround is 3-5 business days from receipt of deposit and all required content. Provider will communicate any delays.
